No water absorption, ultra stiff PVC Core
Our unique technology utilizes an Airex foam core, largely hollowed out with 20mm holes. This core creates a very strong honeycomb-like structure and is significantly lighter than solid material. The hole pattern is covered with a 4mm-thick carbon sandwich, which provides a very hard and rigid deck surface that is resistant to dents and impacts. The structure is completely waterproof and does not absorb water if damaged. A carbon laminate with a complex combination of carbon fibers is vacuum-applied to this prepared core. Our boards are finished only with colored resin, which is an integral part of the outer laminate. This finishing method doesn't increase the board's weight while being scratch- and damage-resistant.
All these elements, combined into one unit, create an exceptionally light, stiff, and damage-resistant structure that also handles like a good sports car.

​The popular Shape3D board design software is excellent, but it has its limitations. To get the Skywalker to look and function as designed, we need to perform additional steps in a professional AutoCAD/CAM software. Only then are all the surfaces, lines and angles ready for CNC milling. The results of these processes are clearly noticeable during use. Looking at various boards lying on the beach, you wonder why some are great and others simply lackluster, despite looking similar? The secret to success lies in these invisible details.
